FAQ - Promotional Desk Mat ZAGG wireless charging

Custom desk mat with wireless charging: organize your workspace with purpose

This custom desk mat with wireless charging gives your clients and employees a smooth, stable surface for their laptop, keyboard, and phone while quietly solving one of the most common desk clutter problems: tangled charging cables. Built from durable 600D polycanvas, the mat measures 27.5 x 0.16 x 12 in and lies completely flat on any desk surface without curling at the edges, keeping your branding visible and your workspace looking sharp over time.

At its core sits a 10 W wireless charging spot, letting users drop a phone, mouse, or compatible device for a quick top-up without hunting for a cable. An integrated USB-C cable connects to a power source to keep the charging zone active, and molded grooves in the mat keep a pen or stylus from rolling off the desk, a small but practical detail that employees and teams notice and appreciate daily in the office.

Available in black, this desk mat is printed using heat transfer within a maximum imprint area of 4 x 3 in, giving your logo a clean, long-lasting finish on the front of the mat. It's a smart pick for new-hire onboarding kits, client appreciation gifts, trade show giveaways, and employee recognition programs where practicality matters as much as visibility. A functional item like this stays on a desk for years, giving your brand consistent exposure at company events and across daily team operations.

Before production begins, we provide a free proof so you can confirm placement and sizing with confidence.
